I was reading some reviews about them, and in one post the reviewer said that after calling them, someone there told him that there has been a lot of problems, because they got bought out, does anyone knows who bought them out?

we moved from Utopia, NY to Melville, NY to a much larger location to meet up with the demand. we went from 2000sq feet to 14,000sq feet.
