I am having trouble authenticating using DMMultiView remotely. I can connect, download apps, install activeX controls, etc. I enter my username and password hit enter then after a few seconds a "Multiview" dialogue box pops up saying it "can't connect to server". My credentials work on our local network, I unchecked "Enhanced Network Security". All the ports have been forwarded on the firewall. Does Multiview use a separate port number? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

What ports do you have forwarded? Also some ISP's block port 81 so you might want to try somethign different.
You will need:
80
4550
5550
6660
