FTP Jpeg size question

I'm new here, using a new GeoVision system and wondering if anyone knows whether the FTP Jpeg output size is configurable? I'm getting 320x240 output and this is certainly not the limit of my camera/encoder resolution and doesn't match camera record resolution settings. Thanks!

Dear Scotterob,

I am sorry.
This feature is not configurable.
You can only get 320*240 resolution for FTP site
