Post subject: Trouble installing GV 2008

We just bought 2 new gv-2008 cards to put in a PC. PC had plenty of horsepower according to specs requested from Geovision. The machine was running Vista (32 bit) on an intel board. Webroot was the antivirus originally installed on the PC.
Originally we installed both cards and installed the software. Each card would load two ENC device drivers but I am missing the CAP device driver that I’m told is also supposed to light up for each card. We get a “key pro” error when the software attempts to load. We tried uninstalling the antivirus, installing cards one at a time, and installing on an XP pro box (also intel board) and we get the same results each time.
USAvisions tech support was friendly and helpful, but unable to find the problem. Any other ideas before I send these cards back where they came from?
