I need your help guys...Please

I have a budget of 700 dollars I need the best bang for the buck i can get for 3 outdoor Day/Night cameras and power supply/cables also.
They need to be pal output.I currently have a 12 ch video card with 2 CANNON VC-C4 PTZ And they are Pal Version.

I prefer the cameras to be better for night then day.There's a little light at night just from the street lights. Also if possible if the type of camera can be upgrade later with external IR to get further night vision.

I was thinking about these cameras with cables from the same seller.

I dunno if i am going on the right direction i know very little about camera's. If some one can please recommend a set up of what i need!(With my 700 dollar budget)

This can go to PAL or NTSC

If you are located in the States and your 12-ch video card can be configured for NTSC you might be best to do that and replace your two original cameras too.

It will give you many more options and save $$ in the end.
