Hello,

this is my first post but ive been browsing a while now.
In the complex we work one of the owners has up and walked out and left a cctv system. we had to open it up to find out it was a cybervision system as there was no indication as to what it is when turning it on. Now the problem we have is that the system is passworded and we have no paper documentation for it to give us any idea and the guy who had it said he never had it off so cant remember

is there anyway to get access to what the password is or some way of resetting it?

dont want to phone cybervision as they might ask for details that we dont have so its a last resort

any help would be great!

Any details Cybervision might need, we'd probably need as well, to be of any help. Probably best just to get it over with and call them directly :)
