www.acti.com
www.axis.com
and many more. I'm a big fan of ACTi. You get alot of bang for your buck. Take a look at the ACD2100 single channel encoder. It also has an looping output so you can keep it running into your analog system.

Most cost effective way would be to bring it into a distribution amp like the GE KTS-250-16(16 1x4 distribution amp) and run it into the ACTi ACD2400(16ch encoder).
Or put 16 ACD2100's in a RMK2000 rack kit. That gets pretty expensive, though alot cheaper than most others out there.
ACTi also offers a free 16ch recording software - which though basic is much more robust than other free softwares I've seen.
