Just wanted to see if any of you guys had experience with a mirror dome camera (model DP-615W). Im testing these cameras and everytime i put the mirror dome on the image turns to BW...the room is well lit and the gain control on the back seems to do little to nothing. I dont know why they would make a camera in the first place to automatically go to BW when its not even infrared. The image quality is great with the dome off but part of the reason we offered them is because of the mirror dome. Any help would be awesome...thanks

Can you post a pic of the camera? I have sold many of these online and I never had any compliants like that. I am also wondering if the reason for lack of responses is that no one on this forum had ever bought a camera like this one. Usually with cameras if something is worng it is on the board itself. Might want to buy a replacement board and try that.
I posted a pic of the camera I think you have, let me know if that is the same one.
