I have a free account with DynDns and I can access DVR, but when I do live video it does not show up. In the manual I am instructed to contact my server on account of Server CFI Client HD1 now that the video is transmitted in format JPEG Network video
Thank You

Try a different browser? Could be a plugin not working. Are you using firefox, IE? _________________ [it's okay to hate your computer, let us figure it out!]

Sounds like you are using the DVR software to view remotely. Double check the port forwarding entries in your router if there's one installed before the DVR. Check with your ISP if the ports used by your remote viewer are not blocked.
