I have used these cards and all have been running just fine.. As far as tech support goes they are on point and always pick up phone as long as you are calling during working hours. The few problems i had with software they walked me through over phone and I have 3 systems with these cards running on them all have been running rock solid, the remote web interface is very easy, and you can EASILY search through old video footage remotely, very intuitive and easy. Check out their web demo on their site.. It's easy for "normal" people to use.
they also have an iPhone app in the works..
Other then that i have never used or installed a Geovision card so i can't compare.
i have a problem with dvr Divis MPG96032AMX, on divis main the image is good. when i use divis-net some images on cameras are green (five cameras from 16 ) the cameras are ok, i tested them on another dvr. this problem is when i use only dvr net. the motherboard chipset is intel 945 with cpu core 2 duo. execuse my bad english
