HI,
I have a AVTEC DVR Model 760A and I want change the
USERNAME and PASSWORD (now its by default ADMIN)

If your DVR is connected to the network, then you can access the DVR via your web browser, click the configure tab and look for the 'Account' setting. Here you will be able to change the password and add / edit / delete new users.
