Hi all,
I have had this unit for over a year now and a few months back had the firmware upgraded. I have only just noticed that it now starts to auto record when you first turn the unit on, this is even if you have selected NO REC in the record schedule and also have Auto Record set to off in the sub menu. This has never happened before I had the firmware upgrade as i have always used Button recording from the remote.

Does anyone have the same issue? Avermedia say its normal and the NO REC function is disabled on the 1304's!! If so why didnt it auto record for about a year and now does?
