I have just acuired a 16 channel ljd deltawave dvr can anyone tell me how to access menu or instructions how to do a factory reset i run my own alarm cctv instalation company and this player is now collecting dust in the store room cheers pete :cry:

you should be able to reach them they are located in the UK check www.digitalvideos.co.uk there should be all the contact info there
