Samsung SCC-C4303 Camera picure cut by black line with top of image below.
Can anyone explain why the picture from this camera looks like this "see image"
Zoom works fine picture does not roll running camera on 12v DC all other cameras 7 off ok CCTV DVR is TDR-8900

This camera is a NTSC model running on 12v dc 50hz UK frequency the manual states:

This product can operate on both DC12V and AC24V. When operated on AC24V, either internal or external power frequency
synchronization method can be selected as a vertical synchronization method.

Does this mean on 24v ac that the frequency can be adjusted within the setup menu to eliminate the vetical sync problem?
