hi im new to this forum (just to let you know). i have a 16CH DVR standalone unit. i will send you the link if you want just PM me. my dvr works fine in the LAN but when i want to watch it remotly it says "CONNECT SOCKET FAILED" i am using NETVIEWR to view the camera's remotly. that is the programme i got with the DVR to use.
PLEASE someone help me
