Post subject: Need help with drivers and software

Hi,
I have lost the CD for my DVR card while shifting house. This is a KMC4400R card. I tried going back to guy who sold me this card (I'm in Singapore) and he passed me a copy of a SW that's called diginet. It does not work at all on my new PC. The drivers load fine (no yellow exclamation mark). But when diginet starts, it shows all the messages at the bottom (load drivers, start module, etc). Then Windows XP generate an error and say DVR Site has encountered an error. Thereafter, the SW close down.
Another problem is that once DVR Site launches, my XP taskbar disappears.
Can someone help me here? The card serial number is SKY416040000262. My configuration:
Abit IP 35
Geforce 8600 GTS with 256MB
2 GB ram
Core 2 Duo 2.2Ghz
320 GB Hitachi HD
Windows XP Pro with SP 2
