I'm starting a new business that focuses on CCTV only... and I am looking for liability insurance. None of my carriers for my other businesses want to touch anything "security" related, and I'm not sure where to go from here....
Anyone have any companies they deal with, and what are the costs?

What state are you in ?
Does your state require a license to operate?
In Daytona Beach, we use a company called "CCI" and they underwrite for Scottsdale Insurance and our policy runs about $4500 a year.
Florida also requires workmans comp as well!
