Hello All,

Can anybody give me detail of Protocol for PTZ supported by these Manufacturers


1. Panasonic

2. Samsung

3. Kalatel

4. Sony

or any other link from where I get the knowledge of latest PTZ camera and there resp. protocal

They will all probably have pelco p or pelco d in them as its a verry common protocol. :)

Thanx for your valuable suggestion

Currently i am working on Pelco D but i have to add more PTZ Protocol in my system like Panasonic or kalatel

I found one protocol for Panasonic camera
Is there any special protocol (kalatel and other ) they have?

Glad to be of assistance right the Kalatel i think might have vista or baxall in it im not entirely shure but i do think your just better of with pelco d. can i ask what is your aplication i.e cameras, controllers, recorder ect? Best regards Sam

Hello sam,

i am developing a control system, that control a PTZ wrt to Field of View(FOV)
of the reference still camera :D

Even i want to know about various distorion in the image of the camera
plz tell if u have some valuable infromation
