Post subject: Geovision is getting bad horizontal lines on some cameras

We are running a:
gv-1480 o
n a AMD 3200+
with 4gb or ram a
nd Seagate SATA drive,
Asus Mainboard
and 600w PS.
XP SP2
I get this error see attached, on both gv-1120 and gv-1480
The system has ran well but recently the video now is getting horizontal lines. These go from camera to camera taking out the video feed. It mostly happens on cameras 8 - 16 but some times it jumps. I am getting fragmantation erros on the disk and AVI files on the disk. I daily get paging errors in my System Event log.
I am new to this system here. I added memory, tweaked the system for best performance and was thinking or tossing in a SATA II WD or Seagate high speed drive to record the video.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
