Post subject: System Requirements for Multiview 8200

Pardon my ignorance if I'm using wrong terminology but I'm an enduser and we all know how slow they can be 
We are having some performance problems with Multiview V8200 and the company we are working with is of no help whatsoever.
They have set us up so that we have three "servers" controlling cameras in three buildings.
We have one admin user (HR Manager) that has DMMultiview V8200 installed on his desktop so he can remotely monitor cameras and settings. His system is a P4 2.20 with 1Gb RAM in it and when he clicks on the "ViewLog" icon on the bottom the pop-up box can take a long time to come up.
Some times it's not even able to be seen until we exit the application that it appears. This part leads me to believe that it's opening the window behind the current window.
I haven't had any luck finding system spec's but when Multiview is open it only shows 65% CPU usage so I'm guessing his system is big enough.
Any ideas?
