Hello, I have GV-800, Intel Dual, Intel board with built-in Intel Express graphics card. I can see the video of a camera but it does not move, although when I access the setup where the modification of the colors and frames the video works fine! but not in the main screen. the image moves only when I click on the mouse, every mouse click it moves one frame,

any ideas?

off hand, nothing else points to trying an external card.

it is easy for me to get my hands on a spare video card for testing, so this wouldn't be an issue for me, however, not everyone has spare parts.

i have installed geovision on PCs with on board video and with dedicated cards, i have never seen an issue.

how much ram does your PC have?

Thanks tomdlgns! I have figured it out, there is a DirectDraw option, I disabled it then it worked!!
