HAVE FITTED APPROX 50MTRS CAT5 THROUGH TWISTED PAIR 4 WAY TRANSMISSION SYSTEM ie CAT5 TO 4WAY BNC CONNECTOR BOX BUT HAVE WAVY LINES ETC. WHAT IS NEEDED?

Your description is a bit sketchy. Are you using twisted pair baluns like NVT?

About 150 ft...but wavy lines sound like maybe a ground loop? Or a voltage issue?

could be a bad connector box. Or your BNC Connections to the box. Depending on the lines, horizontal/vertical, etc, it could be many different things with that kind of a setup. And yes, make sure the cameras are getting enough voltage and its the correct amps. First thing I would check are all of the connections across the line though.
