While I was working on a computer I was watching the Food Network Pizza competition. They had to throw the pizza in to the air the highest to win this competition. They had to make the largest pizza dough in another, and they had to bake a pizza for the judges to taste, and vote for the best pizza.

Many years ago in the subshop business we used to have the fastest sub maker contest. Fast, and no dropped ingredients. Each dropped ingredient counted as a point, and this would be added to your speed score.

What about us CCTV guys? What kind of contest can we have?

Set up stations of camera systems, and the first tech to trouble shoot all of the tech issues wins the prize!

Fastest cable puller. You pull a bundle of wire through a "maze", and the fastest time wins. All wires have to provide a video!

Build a PC CCTV from parts while blindfolded, and the system has to work!

What are your ideas?

Whats the fewest amount of cameras you can use to cover every square inch of the outside of a flatscreen Monitor.

thats really not a CCTV techs specialty. If they choose to pull the wire too, so be it, but anyone can run the cable, electrician, telco guys, even a janitor. ;)

Lets give them a reward based on their CCTV talent. ;)

how about take a certain model camera and see who can sell it for the largest markup :P

Who ever can get these inbread, hillbilly, no shoe wearing citizens of arkansas to understand how a system does not cost only 499.99
And that if they cant SPELL camera then they should not even be trying to buy a camera.
