Not that im interested in buying, but I have always wondered why so many sellers specify adamantly only us or canada only, is there a reason they exclude the rest of the world?

Shipping paperwork headaches. And some items aren't legal for import, or have special duties on them, etc...

Also you might want to sell the cameras seperate from the Axis, to get them sold quicker .. BTW those Domes are actually decent, I used them at a Gated Community here before on the security gate entrance .. they are pretty low light also, not exview but lower lux than most color only cameras, and also a nice quality image. So far they've lasted a couple years, direct rain exposure as well.
