Im new here and glad to find this excellent forum.
My problem is that I can't make the auto pan to work on the CPcam CPD 560 DVR which is the same as AVtech AVC 760 model.
I can pan and tilt the camera ok and also make presets movements for 1 ~16 but can't make auto pan between two presets can anybody help me?
All this with AP software.

What is the model number of the camera that you are using. The reason I ask is that I know AVTech, CPCam, Cop and the like have had problems with the auto pan on their PTZs. They have corrected the problem now and you may be able to return yours for a replacement.

The Pan/Tilt camera is from VIDO and the model is
AU-G20-SC03 PelcoD (and many more) and 2400-9600 baund

And something else to understand, the autopan is camera's feature?
If the camera can Pan and Tilt but can't autopan can be a conection problem?

Well I found the answer and the reason is that this function (autopan and many more) is only for their PTZ cameras, the DVR can't do that with PelcoD or other mode.
