I have a new DS2 which I just installed at a clients home Oct 2008.
Works great, but can't seem to get Pelco-D protocol out of it. Only pelco-P.
Is this right? Pelco -d is everywhere!

Hi I think you get pelco d out of the serial telem port hope this helps best regards Sam.

According to the manual you only have Pelco P and not D. But you also have some other protocols. What options do you have whith your camera?

They are 2 Pelco PTZ domes, One Ademco ptz.

The pelcos are now working over coax protocol (had to pullem down and reconfigure) so they are fine.

The ademco supposedly supports d, p , and "Ademco" VCL?
But it is spitting out serial garbage like crazy on the RS422 wires.

So i may have a wiring problem.
