sand bag a lot here and now I have a question.

clients DVR with a dsr2000, 4 port card.

most of the interface has ????? marks all over it- have tried to reinstall the software but it still the same. Is there a download somewhere I can get the software to run it???? ver 1.8.0.1 is what I found.

DSR2000?
Only one I know of is a GE Kalatel StandAlone DVR and it uses a client app called WaveReader. Is this the one or is it another brand?

I think he is talking about pico 2000 card

I'm thinking this is the right model # as there is no true markings on this board.

If it is the older PICO2000 there is a lot of pirate and probs related to auction/web sales check out this past read http://www.driversearch.com/forums/video/7225.html the above link in 1st post was to a distributor
