We have a dedicated micros (model: eco4/40GB)camera and recording unit which contains 40 GB HDD. The HDD has been broken down and the HDD has been changed by our technic service but it doesn't start. And this message shows on our screen: “HALTED IN BOOTLOADER”. Can you help us please. Thank you.

I know that with some (maybe all) DM units you can't just swap faulty drives and the units work. New drives need to be formatted (or some other magic) it a certain way before they will work. Here is a link to someone asking something similar. You may need different software.
