Hi guys, I've got 2 PC working with Kodicom 880 cards, and Diginet Site V. 4.16, connected to LAN. I monitor them from ops. room with dedicated PCs, one for each DVR. The problem is that, at the beginning, it worked just fine, but then started to disconnect form server, showing an error message, and the only way to reconnect is to close DiginetCenter (after close windows says it crashed), and open again & connect. But from 5 to 40 minutes later, the error message saying that the software disconnects reapears. I've reinstalled Diginet Center and same problem.
I hope you can give me some guidence on this because I have no idea what could be.

bug in the remote or server??

I think it's a fault in the DigiNet Client on v4.1. I had a similar issue.

I've got DigiNet Server 4.1 running on 3 box's, but all being monitered through DigiNet 5.1 client's and so far we've had no problems.

Of course, by doing this you might aswel upgrade the servers to 5.1 too (Which I plan to soon :D)

Many be the Patch of the s/w is diffrent try using equal or higher version of patch

If it is not related to Hardware...& your Lan....then surely will solved ...
