I have the American Dynamics Speed Dome Optima LT PTZ. And since I have a GV-800 at home I will post this here. If this needs to move to a more appropriate forum, just let me know.

I know the dome accommodates RS-422, Manchester and SensorNet protocols. My question is, can this be used with the Geovision. I know GV does not support the protocols, but this is all new to me and maybe way over my head.

Just want to know if there is a way to make it work, and what it will take as in a controller card if such a beast exists.

does work, use the Ulta IV PTZ in GV. I used it to connect an old Ultra V (rs422)
