I have one camera out of my 12 that has an audio hook up to it. I recently changed the system over to a new 6480 card. Before the change over it worked. Now that I have done so the audio will not work. Can someone please explain any tricks there may be to get audio? I have tried plugging the audio cable into each pigtail off the card with no luck. I have also tried to plug directly into the mic jack on the pc.

Go into the "setup" of the recording program, and insure that the "audio record" is checked, as the only change you made was the capture card itself. Just need to make sure this feature is "enabled".

IIRC you need to enable it in 2 places, the system config and the specific camera you want the audio linked to.
