Hi!

I have an urgent problem regarding playback in EZViewlog500, the files seems to be recorded in H264 and when played back in Geovision EZViewlog500 player they give only green video. When playback other videofiles captured with Geovision Mpeg4ASP the playback is ok.

I also tested playback from Windows mediaplayer and then it dosent start at all.

Anyone have any ideas?


Geovision system GV-800/16 - 7.05 version (I think)

Thats a weird one, but it sounds like hardware overlay issues, try playing it on another pc, and make sure you not using the video drivers for something else...IE your not trying it at the pc and also through a remote VNC type connection.

Pink or green usually represents hardwre overlay not being drawn, you could try another video card or turn down the hardware accelleration on your video card...if your running a DSP live display disable it temporarily

Also in the playback configuration you can diable directdraw overlay IIRC.

This is independent of DD overlay used in preview mode.
