Has anyone gotten a look at these yet? We just had a look and they seem to be really good units. The AP-D1600 that was pesented will do 30pps at 720X480 record and p/b and has the ability to handle four monitors,and they are completely programmable, looks like Nuvico has made some great strides forward with this new DVR. :D

I play around with their demo's. It is really nice..

Sweet units, Nuvico came in and demo'd these for us.

The special network transmission method they use is impressive. It constantly adjusts what it is transmitting based on what you are viewing(i.e. 16 camera display is transmitting 16 QCIF images but if you pull up one camera it immediately changes to transmit one D1 res image.) and is fast enough in response we couldn't catch the res change in images.

Only drawback I could find is the video outputs:
VGA is a double of BNC1
BNC1 displays 1-16
BNC2 displays 17-32
BNC3 displays 1-16
BNC4 displays 17-32
And they mentioned that in a firmware update soon they will fix that. I was very impressed.

After doing the switch a few times, we could see the resolution change, but it is so rapid and the images are really sharp.
