I found this forum while searching for a manual/info on a Robot MV16.With no info or manual to be found I AM STUMPED!
Here's the deal.I am trying to help a friend w/ a system that someone else set up(he won't return our calls)Our problem is when trying to play tapes back we can not view individual cameras using multiplexor.The system has 6 cameras installed into a MV16 Multiplexor and sanyo srt500 time elasped VCR.We are trying to play tapes back on a seperate setup which also uses a MV16 and sanyo srt-500.When playing tapes back we see 9 frame screen w/ the 6 cameras displayed but if you hit camera 1 you get gray/black vertical lines.On our viewing system the coax from video out into vcr in on MV16 and monitor is hooked to monitor out.On camera system it is the same but the monitor on mv16 is hooked to video in on VCR.I think something is not hooked up right or maybe a way to setup on mv16(using menu/function<>???)Because we had a tape made using 4 cameras before the installer added 2 more and we could choose all or a single view from this recording but all recordings now only will display all cameras.
Sorry if this a long ranting post but I've been staring/scrolling webpages all night to no avail.Thanks in advance for any response.

First off let me apologize for that post.I had been searching all night for answers and my brain was fuzzled from staring at my monitor.Second let me say that this is a great site.After getting some sleep and coming back to read I realized I had posted in the wrong section I read through the right section(analog) and found a link to the manual for the unit.The problem was the VCR in was hooked to the monitor out and not to vcr out on multiplexor.Thanks anyway and sorry again for not stating my problem in a clearer manner.
