Saturation problem with color day/night camera

I hope someone can help. I have set up (still tweaking it) my first day/night color camera and I am experiencing color lines in the video at night. If I turn the saturation level down to the point where the video is b/w the lines go away. I am using a KT&C KPC-N600H1 camera with a Geovision GV-800 DVR card. It this normal? The picture is flawless during the day. Thanks in advance.

does that have a agc setting? on camera or dvr?

Yes the DVR does. I have set it to auto right now. Manually changing it seem to have no effect on the lines.

does it have a bw burst setting? if so turn it off.

I checked..no burst setting. It seems to only occur when there are other light sources beside the IR present.
