what sign would i need to have a home cctv that monitors my driveway i've had mixed opinions ranging from a visible sign to nothing coz your monitoring the property you own.

Phil, I could be wrong but I don't think you have to advertise that you have a camera on. Now, if you have a sign that states that you have cameras and you don't then that may be grounds for a lawsuit. Around here if you record audio, my must state that clearly with a certain sized sign.
