I'm searching for a soft that got`s a pre-recording funktion by alarm from motion decetion.
I Know that go1984 and Geovision had funktions like that... but I search for another one :wink:

Avermedia and Video Insight, as most other PC based, can handle this. I have a Avermedia 6480e with motion detectors connected to the IO ports. I programmed the software to send emails based on motion detection with 3 snapshots of the area in question as attachment to the emails. Works very good.

Video Insight has the same type IO ports that are also programed as "tasks".....same result.

I have used AVerMedia DVR cards with motion and sensors and they work real well.

RTSSENTRYdotCOM does this also. It to will send an e-mail with a snap shot of what cause the motion. Take a look.
