I am trying to get this device connected to the internet, but I am having problems logging into the device itself because the operator password is not working at all. I need to reset everything to the factory defaults, passwords and everything.

I unplug the device and plug it back in and it tells me I have a 41.11gig unit running StoreSafe 5.45

If anyone has any help to offer on how to reset the device back to factory defaults, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Have you tried the default 1234 or 0000, just in case the unit reset itself for some reason?
