Hi, Anyone know what kind of DVR write video data files with *.cms extension?

None that I know of. Why does it need to be in that format? If you have that kind of file you can convert it or vis-versa. From what I have found that is used by Deposition software for lawyers.

i checked everywhere can only find a trial lawyer software suite, deals with video, but not what you need.

Same thing here and I made a couple calls as well. Basically I found you can convert other types of video files to this but I have found nothing that records it.
