Pardon my lack of computer knowledge. I get the message cannot connect to SMTP server! recheck your e-mail setting. when I test e-mail account. Any thoughts? Thanks

Contact your Internet provider for outgoing server and proper settings.
You will definitely need user name and password, that is for you email account.
