On Geovision's website, they have an optional adapter/card to expand the gv-600 4port to 8 port.

Who Sells these?

I'm not sure what you saw, but these do not exist.

i am referring to geovisions website, GV-600 product page...
at the bottom.

That is for the Geovision GV-600/8, GV-600/12, GV-600/16 and for adding audio! Not for making a 4 channel card into a 8 channel card for instance!
