How are you trying to access it ?

Is it possible that your new ISP is blocking the ports that you're using? Or, is it possible that you have a new router with your DSL that does not have the proper ports open?
Try changing your ports to see if that fixes your problem. If it doesn't, check your router (if you got a new one) to see if the correct ports have been "opened".

Its possible he is still trying to use the Modem Server versus the Web Server functions.
Jim, throw VNC on the box and let one of us login and take a peek.

Make sure you turn off Windows Firewall also.
Otherwise they won't be able to logon to your computer.
You can turn it on again after they are done.
I disable mine, but I have a hardware firewall supplied by my router.

What Scott said, you want to make sure Modem Srv is turned off, use TCP server, this is if you are using the Remote View Software.
Also your DSL ISP could be blocking ports, if you are trying to connect via webcam, try a different HTTP Port, change it in the WebCam server as well as in port forwarding, try 81, 1080, 88, etc.

Click Proceed, check your ports to see if port 80 is not stealthed.
