Do you use the DVR card or stand alone DVR ? I think most softwares can support this function.

What kind of DATA input fields you have on your system? If sending from Google you need to have fields for SMTP Authentication and also you must change ports and also SSL must be activated, not all DVR's have all of that. But if you post what you have I am sure that someone here will provide the help you need!
