Im brand new to this forum and this industry im in the Uk and hope what ever questions i pose you can answer.

I am looking to set up business in selling the top end spec Dedicated micros products and dont really know where to start i have been told that its good to buy second hand stock and upgrade the software and drives and then use them is that true if so where would i go to buy?
