My client using a BOSCH PTZ Dome camera.. what i found, the camera will be back to homing position after 2-3 minute continuously repeated. anybody facing this problem before? what solution on this?

i have reset the camera but it still do the same thing....

I have experienced this with another PTZ cam where the power hicupped. Although not noticable to the naked eye. Check your power supply to insure it's providing the proper voltage and is able to handle the current draw.
