I have some issue for this Extreme EX82 Infrared Imager outdoor camera. this camera will always show image with pink colour in my DVR. When everytime this issue come out, i just need to reboot the camera(off and on back the power adapter) then it become normal. i got try to swap the faulty unit and working unit cameras, some time both of it become normal and also some time the faulty unit still can't working properly. anybody got any solution or command about this issue ?

It has 2 separate cameras which is why I ask.

Also, how old is the camera?
How is the camera powered?
What cable and distances are used for power and video?

and what kind DVR you use?
