Hi, I just got a service call to fix a system, it's Includeds a jpeg2000 dvr which is locked , the question is how can i reset the code back to default. This is just a service call i did not install this system which you will just love i have to take pictures.

Are you locked out of any button or just the menu?

it just keeps asking me for the code and can't get to any of the optons

Have you tried just pressing "enter" without entering a code?

ye i tryed alsmost everything, just figured i'd ask if anyone has ever done a hard reset

have you tried all 1's ..?
Do you know the model of the DVR?
If not, can you take a picture of it?

i tryed to get a model number but i didn't see any i did get the serial number though her is what it looks like Thanks

ok that is maybe the Intellicam Gen IV .. from google i found a link to a PDF that says the password is "12345"

JPEG200 Looks like this one we get from Connectors Plus, the usualy password is to press menu, then enter. If you call connectors plus, their tech guy might know a way in if you're locked out.
