My company is using a system running the Geovision GV800 6.0.5 software. The computer recently has started having problems with the JPEG viewer. Today, I noticed that the system was not creating the JPEG images anymore. I verified that the Web service was configured to create the images. I also verified plenty of disk space. And out of frustration, I did a full reinstall of the software. The problem continues. I was wondering if anyone here had encoutered a similar issue or had any thoughts as to a solution.

In my experiences the images are only created when the Java Browser app is running on a remote computer.
