helo guys.i have kalatel ptz that goes black and white for a few seconds and stays like that.but when i initially mount it,it got color then a few seconds, goes black and white.i tested it out and guess its a camera problem.do you have any fix for this?another camera has control problem when i put it on other dome.like when put it as camera 1 on dome1,so when i choose cam 1 on the keypad i can control it.but when i put it as camera 2 on dome2(diffrent dome and location) and punch cam2 on keypad.it wont move.the video is ok.any help guys?

Not sure about your ptz problem but your camera needs to be sent back for repair. Nothing you or I should try to fix.

On the ptz controller (camera) 002 (camera) or try (mode) 002 (mode)

please check you PTZ dome 2,and change its ID code.
