kodicom is in chinese !!

Hi, iv installed the kodicom software version 2.50, but when it runs, all the buttons are in some kind of chinese language, can any one shed any light on why this is, isee that other people have installed it from the same site and had no problems , thanks

Does the 2.50 software look like it an old wood TV? That version of Kodicom software is very old. The characters are in Korean, you must have the Korean release of that software. Otherwise check the Language section of the PC you are trying to run it on and makes sure it is in Western English.

Ok, I’m surprised that anyone even remembers the old “Wood GUI”.

I have an old English Version somewhere for 2.x. BUT, that version of software was mainly for the old wavelet compression boards. What board are you using?

its not wood effect, its all grey and looks as it should, but all the buttons have question marks on them.. I downloaded it from the kodicom website !! the board is a magic radar 16ch fusion chipset, thats all i can tell you.
